Our Why
We are passionate about gender equality, diversity and inclusion in business.
One of the key barriers that female entrepreneurs face when developing their businesses is a lack of access to venture capital or debt funding. Year after year, research has shown that less than 3% of total funding is secured by female entrepreneurs. It is even harder for women of colour or diverse backgrounds. We want to start addressing this barrier by starting with our grants and education program to reduce this gap and bring equality in access to funding.
Program Criteria
Must have registered as a business in Australia.
Proof of business name registration or company incorporation to be submitted as part of the application
Must be 100% women-owned business.
ID documentation is required to match the names of the ownership
Applicants must be 18 years or older
